Three firefighters were among the four injured after a Munson Township (OH) fire apparatus was involved in a crash with two other vehicles, according to a news report.
5 ABC Cleveland (http://bit.ly/18ohrCe) reports that, according to the Highway Patrol, Thursday’s accident occurred when the fire truck was heading westbound with its sirens and lights on when a Dodge Grand Caravan heading eastbound pulled over. A GMC Acadia heading eastbound reportedly struck the van from behind, then crashed head-on into the rig.
The report said the fire apparatus driver and the GMC driver were hospitalized in critical condition.
