Rosenbauer’s Central Division becomes Better Business Bureau member

Rosenbauer America’s Central States Fire Apparatus division, located in Lyons, South Dakota, was recently recognized as an accredited business by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and invited to become one of its newest members.

On their accreditation, the company joined the elite group that is committed to upholding the high standards of the BBB, which include practicing the BBB’s mission of advocating self-regulation to promote widespread ethical business practices throughout the community.

Rosenbauer’s Central Division further pledges to respect all customers, employees, suppliers, and competitors; resolve complaints in a timely manner; promote its products and services with integrity and honesty; abide by all laws and regulations governing its industry; and advance the health and welfare of the community in which it does business.

The BBB is a nonprofit organization, supported by local businesses. It is dedicated to promoting and fostering the highest ethical relationship between businesses and the public through consumer and business education and voluntary self-regulation.
