Waterous Company, in the fire suppression technology and manufacturing industry, announced several staff promotions today.
Jason Nawrocki, Jim Fazekas and Mike Sterbentz will have expanded responsibilities as OEM sales managers. In their new positions, the three gentlemen will provide sales support to enhance customer experience with OEMs and their respective dealer networks, helping to support Waterous’ increased North American market coverage.
Randy Fuss is now Waterous’s government / OEM sales manager, where he will serve to foster Waterous’s relationship with government agencies and departments responsible for product procurement. In his new role, Fuss will additionally provide sales support to OEMs and their respective dealer networks.
Jay Rought is now the company’s senior technical service specialist / customer training coordinator.
Rought brings more than 30 years of experience to Waterous’s service department where he will provide customer support, and create new, interactive customer training programs about pumps, foam and compressed air foam systems.
