TONY CARROLL is with the District of Columbia Fire Department (DCFD) and a life member of the Occoquan-Woodbridge-Lorton (VA) Fire Department. He has taught for the DCFD on topics including firefighter survival and officer development. In 2015, he served on the Underwriters Laboratories Fire Attack technical panel studying the impact of fire attack on firefighter safety and occupant survival. He is a member of the board of the International Society of Fire Service Instructors .
