Ryan Tripp, Captain – Los Angeles County (CA) Fire Department
The focus is on operating efficiently while working to achieve an aggressive search and rapid extinguishment. Students will combine their knowledge of fire behavior, water application and advancement, and search and vent-enter-search operations to determine when extinguishment is occurring properly, search is being performed quickly, and performance and outcome on the fireground have increased. Four rotating stations will provide a high-fidelity, interactive experience.
