FLAME-SIM to offer classes at FDIC 2009

FLAME-SIM, LLC announced that the company will offer free classes on the use of FLAME-SIM in training fireground decision making and communication. The class will be held in Senate Room 3 in the Westin Hotel from Thursday through Saturday.

The classroom will be set up with up to 8 users responding to a single or multi-family home structure. Space and times are limited so respond now to bob.hayes@flame-sim.com or call (877) FLAME01 to reserve your spot.

FLAME-SIM will also be showing the product on the show floor in booth 1206 and will bring interested departments from the floor presentations up to the classroom as well.

Designed with input from leading fire professionals and research into NFPA and NIST documents, FLAME-SIM captures the realism and the necessity of proper procedure on the fire scene today. Using our state of the art command panel, the incident commander can establish command, complete a size up, set up sectors, and then give orders to execute commands based upon their personnel. The training officer setting up the scenario can add complexity by locking doors, adding incendiary hazards, and victims. All of these features and much more make FLAME-SIM the firefighter’s best training tool for their department.
