Indianapolis, IN, April 10, 2014 – International attendees and exhibitors attended the first FDIC International Networking Reception, where FDIC Executive Vice President, Eric Schlett, announce the official 2015 event will be titled FDIC International. A record attendance of over 30,000 firefighters from around the world is expected to attend FDIC 2014 at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, making it the largest FDIC ever held in its 87-year history.
“FDIC recognizes the importance of educating a world-wide audience in regard to the most current trends in firefighting training and techniques,” stated Schlett, “as well as providing a platform to showcase new technology and products within the fire service.”
