The Secaucus (NJ) Fire Department placed in service this 28-foot fire and rescue boat built by LAKE ASSAULT BOATS. The boat services the Hackensack and Passaic Rivers (and their 28 bridges), which also empty into Newark Bay and the Hudson River.

- Nine-foot, six-inch beam;
- 63-inch hydraulic bow door with remote control;
- portside dive door with fold-down dive ladder;
- swimmer’s grab rails;
- davit crane;
- two push knees in forward bow;
- fully enclosed pilot house;
- 5,000-watt gas generator;
- DARLEY PSDE 1,500-gpm pump;
- TFT Typhoon monitor with three gated discharges and five-inch discharge;
- compartment for two five-gallon pails of foam;
- FLIR camera;
- four FRC scene lights;
- two GOLIGHTS; and
- twin MERCURY 350-hp outboard motors.
