TBC Fabrication Inc. of Oklahoma City, OK, has purchased the name and a portion of the assets of The Boardman Co. TBC will market fire engines, Readi-Tower aerial towers, Snozzle water towers, and custom fabricated products for general business and industry at the present Oklahoma City location. TBC Fabrication Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wichita Steel Fabricators Inc. of Wichita, KS.
Blauer Manufacturing Company Inc. has announced the retirement of Maurice Blauer, who served the company for 37 years as treasurer and sales manager.
Charles L. Blauer, who is currently president of the company, will assume the duties of both president and treasurer; Michael ]. Blauer has been appointed vice president; and Stephen J. Blauer will assume the position of sales manager.
Blauer Manufacturing Company Inc. produces functional rainwear, outerwear, and protective clothing for many fields, including law enforcement, military, fire, and many government agencies.
