This is a fire in a fast lube shop. Someone was changing oil in a vehicle in one bay, another worker was repairing an exhaust system on a vehicle on the other side (welding). When the fire started one of the fully involved vehicles rolled out of the shop, down the fairly steep slope and headed across the street toward a full service gas station. A passerby sacrificed parts of his own vehicle by driving his truck in front of the rolling car. He was able to get the car stopped and get his own truck moved, but there was some damage. The picture above shows the first flames; below is the vehicle in the street.
