MO Firefighter Killed in Rollover Crash

A firefighter was killed in a rollover crash involving a fire apparatus Thursday in Oregon County, Missouri, according to reports.

KSIS Radio reports that accident involved a 1992 International Spartan Smeal brand pumper that went off the roadway near Thomasville while responding to a structure fire.

A passenger in the vehicle, a 72-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver suffered serious injuries and was transported via helicopter to a medical facility.
