Photos: LAFD Crews Respond to Semi Truck Fire

Fire photographer Rick McClure shared some images of City of Los Angeles (CA) Fire Department (LAFD) crews making short work of a recent semi truck fire.

On April 2, 2021, LAFD Engines 7 and 77 handled a fully engulfed cab of a semi truck on the Northbound Golden State Freeway at Van Nuys Blvd. The cause was listed as mechanical, and there were no injuries. The fire was controlled in about 10 minutes.
