Rosenbauer Adds California Dealership to Team

Rosenbauer America, in the fire apparatus technology industry, announced the appointment of Burton’s Fire, Inc. of Modesto (CA). Burton’s Fire, Inc. will be the Rosenbauer dealership for sales and service in central California.

Joining Burton’s Fire is, existing Rosenbauer sales engineer, Ken Howenstine. Howenstine will continue in his role, covering central California. Carlos Sweeney will remain the representative in the bay area and coastal counties. John Burton will represent the dealership in the southernmost counties in their territory, along with the eastern Sierras. Dan Collins will be Burton’s Fire Inc. is located in Modesto, CA and has a service facility of 16,500 square feet, situated on four acres. The company was started in 1991 by brothers Ken and John Burton, who started their careers with Van Pelt Fire Trucks in Oakdale, CA in 1976. They have a total of 23 employees and are currently providing service in California, Nevada and Hawaii.
