By Claire Diab and Dennis Boyle
For the rest of 2019, I will be giving you “Jewels and Tools” to feel better and look younger from the book I am writing, “Jewels and Tools for Yoga: Easy, Simple Tips for Feeling Better and Looking Younger.”
Here are the first two Jewels and Tools for you:
1. “Tip of Tongue Lightly at Fire Point.” This helps you to relax all the muscles around your jaw, face, neck, and shoulders. This relives headaches and temporomandibular joint pain and prevents you from grinding your teeth.
2. “Legs Up the Wall…The Yoga Way!” This improves circulation and nourishing your brain, making your eyes sparkle and giving you a radiant glow in your face.
Enjoy these one-minute videos. We also have these two video clips on The American Yoga Academy Facebook and Instagram pages if you would like to comment and let us know how you are enjoying these simple yet powerful techniques. We would love to hear from you.
