Upon completion of this session, attendees will be able to identify information that financial managers use to increase profits to determine how much working capital is enough; evaluate the financial structure of your firm; whether your company is price-sensitive or volume-sensitive and what to do about it; and explain how to use financials ratio to take a financial physical.
