The TOMA Foundation for Burned Children (a federally registered Charity who has been bringing concrete and material help to burned children since 1997) will be holding its first “Annual Motorcycle Ride for Burned Kids” on Sept. 28th 2003. Spearheaded by the Toronto Red Knights, the Ride is chaired by Capt. Bruce Peacock of the Toronto Fire Academy and a member of the Red Knights. The venue is scheduled to coincide with Fire Prevention Week. The Ride will depart from the Sears parking lot at Rexdale and 401 then go to Milton Fire Department and end at the Burlington Fire Department where young burn patients from Hamilton General’s Scar and Burn Clinic will be in attendance.
Proceeds of the Ride go to the TOMA Foundation for Burned Children.
