Daughter of Fallen Chicago Firefighter Calls for Tougher Penalties Against Building Owners

The daughter of a fallen Chicago firefighter is calling for tougher penalties against landlords of abandoned buildings, according to a news report.

Stringer told WBBM that says the anger at that time should have resulted in stiffer civil penalties and criminal sanctions against landlords who abandon buildings in such situations.
