Firefighters Battle Large Oklahoma City House Fire

Firefighters from multiple agencies battle a huge lightning-sparked house fire last night in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

KOCO reported (http://bit.ly/1w0KXmL) that more than 50 firefighters responded to the fire around 3:30 a.m. Two sleeping adults escaped the home safely, reportedly after being alerted by the smoke detector.

Rain reportedly helped extinguish the fire but also slowed firefighters’ response to the scene.
