MANNING RECEIVES DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD

The Fire Safety Directors Association of New York City (FSDA) has presented BILL MANNING, editor of Fire Engineering, with its 1996 Distinguished Service Award. “Bill Manning, by his everyday performance and dedication to the discipline of fire safety education through his outstanding monthly editorials, exemplifies the purpose and goals of this association,” the award reads.
