The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Fire Fighter Fatality Investigation and Prevention Program recently released three firefighter fatality reports that deal with incidents in which firefighters died because of cardiac events. All these NIOSH fatality reports are available free on their Web site.
