The People’s Burn Foundation and Campus Firewatch are developing a campus fire safety training program. This is being done under a Department of Homeland Security Fire Prevention and Safety Grant and the program will be distributed, free, to all colleges, universities, and fire departments nationwide in April 2008 when it is launched at FDIC.
As a part of the development we are looking for 50 schools to conduct pilot site testing in January. If you are interested in participating in this phase of the project, please contact GeaNell Newport at the People’s Burn Foundation at gnewport@peoplesburnfoundation.org or (317) 803-2876.
