Reports of People Being Trampled at Chicago Concert

The Chicago (IL) Fire Department says they transported six people to local hospitals Sunday night during a concert in Humboldt Park which people were reportedly trampled.

One female concertgoer told WLS-TV that her boyfriend was trampled by other attendees during Riot Fest, and that security personnel were not able to help him. A spokesperson for the show Sunday night says none of the people transported were trampled and had no record of what happened in the aforementioned incident, in which the patient was hospitalized with a fractured neck.

It is unclear how many people were injured during the concert.
