True North Introduces New Dual Complaint Stationwear Pants

True North Gear, the makers of bags, backpacks and fire resistant clothing, is introducing new Dual Compliant Pants to be released in Summer 2014.

“As the threat of wildland fire becomes widespread more and more departments have to equip themselves to face the threat. For departments that only battle wild fire occasionally this can put additional strain on already stretched equipment budgets and that is why we wanted to make a pair of pants that fits both jobs.” Alyx Fier, CEO.

True North’s new Dual-Compliant Pants meet NFPA 1975 certification for Stationwear and NFPA 1977 certification for Wildland. These pants combine the function and durability for wildland with the crisp uniform look of stationwear for when wildland and urban dispatches are all in a day’s work. The Dual Compliant Pants feature tailored styling with elastic side waist-bands for added comfort, extra-large belt loops, and removable ankle straps. They are inherently flame resistant made with Tecasafe fabric that is also fade resistant so the pants keep looking great wash-after-wash. They are available with or without cargo pockets in navy.

True North has other great Stationwear designs in the works – so stay posted for more innovative gear designed to keep you comfortable and safe even on the most demanding of days.
