A recently released video on the ESPN Web site interviews Air Force Academy firefighters about the benefits of participating in the Firefighter Combat Challenge.
The video shows crew members participating in training for the event. They discuss the origin and evolution of the Firefighter Combat Challenge and how it benefits firefighters–both from a fitness perspective, but also in how they approach fireground tasks.
