Field Amputation Training/ Cadaver Lab

Lead Instructor: Deb Taylor, EMS-P, PI & Coordinator of Cadaver Labs, ACLS and PALS Courses, St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital

Lab participants will be interacting with a human cadaver, an individual who, prior to death or by next of kin after death, requested whole body donation for use in medical education. This lab will provide advanced airway techniques, gross anatomy dissection, and training for emergency field amputation using  the most advanced state-of-the-art equipment. Practical cadaveric experience provides students and healthcare providers with an unsurpassed opportunity for learning. ADVANCED
