FACTORY MUTUAL has awarded a $500 Arson Fund grant to the Union Township (OH) Fire Department toward the purchase of a combustible-gas detector; a $1,680 grant to the Troy (NY) Fire Department for arson fire investigation training at New York State Fire Training Academy; and a $390 grant to finance New York State Trooper Ken Smith`s attendance at the academy for arson investigation training.
