What Would You Do? Overturned Tanker Fire

Not all fires occur in structures. This fire involves an overturned tanker with a 1203 placard. The fire appears to be from a leak of the front tank car near the cab area of the tractor. The fire occurs on a Wednesday morning at 1130 hours.  

Assume you are responsible for initially establishing command at this fire.
