In our quest to reduce set up time and maintain maximum tactically proficiency in the deployment of such equipment, when on the fireground, we must take time to make time. How can we do that you ask? Take a good look at the set of portable ladders on your rigs. Some of the ‘set up time,’ precious seconds, can be saved with a few, small, seemingly minute details.
