In this fire training video, Paulie Capo and company demonstrate three types of drags for rescuing the down firefighter: the Push-Pull method, Tools in the Pack, and the Feet-First drag.

PAUL CAPO, an 18-year veteran of the fire service, is a lieutenant/paramedic with the Clearwater (FL) Fire Department, where he is assigned to Ladder 45. He is a fire academy instructor for St. Petersburg College, specializing in firefighter rescue and survival training. He has certifications in fire officer I & II and as a paramedic. He an associate degree in fire science.  He is the founder and president of When Things Go Bad, which develops firefighter survival and rescue curriculum and training for civilian and military organizations.
