Seeks info on aluminum oxygen regulators
Recently I attended a conference where one of the speakers spoke about several incidents involving aluminum oxygen regulators. The regulators involved in the incidents he described failed violently, resulting in burns and blast injuries to several personnel. The facts surrounding these failures were unclear, and I have been unable to find evidence of similar incidents in any publication.
