Traffic preemption strobe kit

Tomar Electronics Inc. introduces its new traffic preemption transmitter kit. The Tomar Model 750FF kit includes a fast flashing power supply and twin Par 46 chrome enclosed strobe lamps that will activate your existing traffic signal preemption receptors in properly equipped signals.

According to the manufacturer, the Tomar system will help you to save lives by turning the traffic signal to red, allowing your authorized emergency vehicle to proceed quickly and safely through the intersection.

Hose testing manifold

Applied Engineering now offers a hose testing manifold that will greatly increase the efficiency of annual hose testing, according to the company.

This light-weight aluminum alloy manifold allows testing up to 1,500 feet of hose each five-minute pump cycle. All discharges have small ports to reduce the danger of hose burst kickback. Aluminum caps with petcocks are provided for venting and sealing each hose run.
