LION APPAREL SYSTEMS, LTD., a subsidiary of Lion Apparel, Inc. of Dayton, Ohio, has won a five-year Prime Vendor contract for personal protective equipment by the London Fire and Civil Defence Authority in the United Kingdom. Under the contract, Lion, in conjunction with other American and international partners, will provide, clean, and care for 6,000 helmets and 12,000 sets of firefighter protective coats, trousers, and gloves as part of a “Total Care” program.
