Previously, he was regional manager for the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. territories. Scott appointed Jack Hankins director of international sales. Hankins was central zone manager prior to the appointment. Based in Monroe, North Carolina, he will be responsible for Scott`s entire product line, for developing new programs, and for expanding the international distributor network.
