A two-year Garland (TX) firefighter was in intensive care after a mishap involving a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) cylinder over the weekend.
Bobby Brinkley was struck in the face by a high-pressure air tank, according to the Garland Firefighters Association. His skull was fractured.
