Turnout Clothing
A recent notice issued by the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health Administration advised that effective immediately, all cotton duck turnout clothing must be replaced to comply with state safety standards that prohibit the use of protective clothing and equipment that does not comply with any recognized safety standard.
The division’s staff has been unable to find any recognized standard for cotton duck turnout clothing.
