Three firefighters were among 15 people injured when a fire tore through a Brooklyn brownstone Friday morning, the FDNY said.

Among the injured, two residents of the building were in critical condition.
The fire erupted inside the three-story Eastern Parkway home near Brooklyn Ave. in Crown Heights at about 10:25 a.m., officials said.
The blaze quickly grew to a two-alarm fire, bringing 25 FDNY units with 106 firefighters and EMS personnel to the scene.
Twelve people, including the three firefighters, were removed to area hospitals. Three people were treated at the scene.

In addition to the two residents who were in critical condition in the hospital, four others were listed in serious condition, FDNY officials said. Three others suffered minor injuries.
The three firefighters also suffered non-life-threatening injuries, an FDNY spokesman said.
Fire marshals were trying to determine what sparked the blaze Friday.
