Sidewinder Photography shared some photos of firefighters operating at a recent three-alarm fire in a row house in Albany, New York.
Early on May 19, 2019, city of Albany dispatchers received reports pf a row house fire. Units arrived on scene and had a heavily involved row house fire with smoke and flames showing from multiple roofs.
Firefighters pulled multiple hand lines in to the building and started to attempt to make an aggressive interior attack, but the fire had rapidly spread from the center of the building to both buildings on both sides of the main fire building, which shared a cockloft. As firefighters were battling the Bradford Street fire, a large explosion occurred, blowing out the front windows of one residence.
