APS Radio: Brian Daboul on the Proposed OSHA Standard

Episode 41 of APS Radio welcomes back Brian Daboul to discuss the new proposed OSHA Emergency Response Standard. Brian discusses the history of the standard and the difference between an OSHA and NFPA standard.
