Christmas Tree Burns in Downtown Birmingham, AL

A 40-foot Christmas tree located in downtown Birmingham, Alabama, was destroyed by fire overnight. Someone apparently set the electrical box that powered the tree on fire, which then extended to the tree itself, investigators say. They suggested it was part of an attempted copper theft.
