Chicago Fire Crews Extinguish Structure Fire

On November 14, Chicago firefighters responded to a working fire in an occupied dwelling, and fire photographer Steve Redick was on hand to capture some of their efforts.

Steve arrived on scene about 15 minutes into the incident to find fire venting from the roof. Companies made the attic and hit the fire from below.

In an e-mail on the fire, Steve noted the ground ladders on all sides of the structure, as well as the positioning of Truck 55 (which can be seen in the additional photos of the fire HERE).
