A Claremore (OK) firefighter is back on the job after attempting to save a colleague who was killed during flood rescue operations last year.
Lieutenant Zane James spoke to Newson6.com about the incident and his efforts to save Captain Jason Farley, who was swept away while performing a water rescue in May 2015.
“It’s always going to affect me,” James said. “And I guarantee you, until the day I die, when rain comes through or anything like that it will always trigger me to think about it.”
