Michael T. Rousseau has joined the sales team at Pemberton Fabricators, Inc. (Pemfab), as sales manager for the chassis division. Rousseau’s responsibilities will include the sales and marketing of Pemfab custom fire-truck chassis. Rousseau’s territory will include the United States and Canada. A resident of Manasquan, N.J., where he attended local schools, Rousseau also served the area as a volunteer fireman.

Robert E. Anthony has been appointed to the position of director, special markets, for the Homelite division of Textron Inc. Also announced were the appointments of William G. Grant, Jr. as regional sales manager, south; Amos V. Speight as district sales manager, Charlotte; Larry L. Bergstrom as district manager. Cincinnati, and Robert E. Keller as zone manager, Indianapolis.

Eugene I. Morris of the Morris Agency, Inc. of South Orange, N.J., was re-elected president of The Fire Mark Circle of the Americas at the recent annual meeting in San Francisco. The Fire Mark Circle is an association of individuals interested in the history of insurance company and firefighting memorabilia. Other officers elected at the annual meeting include: Thomas J. Tye as vice president; Henry A. Kroll as secretary-treasurer. Directors include: William E. Hedges, Richard L. Doyle, Albert Wills, Thomas Hopkins, Richard N. Irmas, and Alfred E. Grossman.

Robin H. Page has been appointed plant manager for the R.E. Dietz Company of Syracuse, N.Y. In his new position, Page will be responsible for production and manufacturing of Dietz hazard and automotive lighting products.

Ronald French has joined the export management firm Engineering Equipment Company. In his new position, French will be responsible for the company’s overseas service facilities and will assist with fire apparatus sales in the international market. French was formerly with American La France.

Glen L. Longenecker has been appointed executive vice president of sales for the Volunteer Firemen’s Insurance Services, Inc., a subsidiary of the A.J. Glatfelter Insurance Agency. In his new capacity, Longenecker will be responsible for the company sales activities.

82-Year-Old Woman Dies in Wheatfield (NY) House Fire

An 82-year-old woman died in a house fire late Friday in the Town of Wheatfield, the Niagara County Sheriff's Office said.

Fire Destroys Peterborough (NH) Home

Firefighters battled a fire Sunday afternoon that destroyed a single-family home on Nichols Road in Peterborough.
