A list of 12 points that speakers should observe to improve their communications abilities appeared in an article, “SpeakerTraining Program of Ventura County F.D.,” in the February issue of Fire Engineering. Wynn Allen, president of Interpersonal Communications Associates developed this list of 12 points and has a copyright on the list. Because of the deadline for the February issue, Fire Engineering was unable to make a note of this copyright in the article.
