Creator of Life-Saving Fire Blanket Receives Award for Innovation

SunSeeker, the company that developed a 3,000F spray and 3,000F fire blanket to protect structures and firefighters from fire-related damage, has been awarded a Patrick Soon-Shiong Innovation Award. These awards celebrate organizations that continue to stretch boundaries.

Looking to save more lives, SunSeeker is currently working on a fire escape cloak that will give families a much higher chance of survival in a house fire. They can cover themselves with it while leaving the house- it’s so strong that a penny could melt on the outside without the cloak being burned.
