Most of the eight Washington D.C. firefighters who suffered breathing problems yesterday are back at work Thursday, reports WTOP 103.5 FM (http://bit.ly/JvzUeC).
The news station reports that it still is not clear why they got sick. Authorities say that the firefighters were taken to a clinic after they complained of feeling light-head or dizzy hours after extinguishing an apartment fire.
Sources tell the news station that the fire may have been the site of a PCP lab. Fire officials will not comment on this claim, citing that it’s part of a police investigation.
