Criticism is easy to come by these days, and it can come from expected and unexpected sources. However, if you want to make a positive difference you will put yourself in the center of the target for all to see. Embrace it and stand up for what you believe in regardless of what others my say or think—and in doing so you will make yourself a target for others to aspire to, as well.
