It’s true that leaders are readers and life-long learners! I have never met an accomplished, effective, or respected person who did not spend much of their time learning and studying ways to improve themselves—most after they’ve achieved success. QB Tom Brady didn’t stop perfecting his game after winning one, two, three, four…Super Bowls, he worked tirelessly to keep growing and lifting the game of those around him so he could have even more success. It’s about the amount of work you put into your craft, not what your craft can give you.
