Emergency CallWorks Inc., a provider of Next Generation 9-1-1 and emergency incident management software for the public safety industry, announced today that the company is showing the new release of its natively integrated software platform for call management, mapping, computer-aided dispatch (CAD) and decision support during the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) annual conference and exposition being held this week in Anaheim, California. The demonstration highlights workflow efficiencies and expanded capabilities to improve emergency response, consolidate operations and substantially lower costs.

The Emergency CallWorks (ECW) 9-1-1 emergency incident management system provides users with a more intuitive, web-based interface and converged workflow to manage incidents in a faster, more efficient, holistic manner. The new system being demonstrated in booth 1628 at the APCO Expo has been adopted by a wide collection of PSAPs throughout the United States, ranging from single position customers to multi-county deployments with hundreds of users.

The new software is designed to allow faster innovation, proactive support with integrated remote monitoring and lower total cost of ownership with substantially less hardware than typical 9-1-1 systems. All ECW customers are able to utilize the same natively integrated software from small single sites to very large multi-county, multi-site deployments.
