EPA Headed to Scene of Tractor Trailer Fire on Florida Turnpike

According to a report from ClickOrlando, multiple fire crews from Osceola County, Florida, as well as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are responding to a tractor trailer fire that shut down the Florida Turnpike Monday morning because of a fire and a fuel spill.

The closure was reported near mile marker 236 near Kissimmee Park Road and backed up traffic to mile marker 238.

Osceola County Fire Rescue & EMS and the St. Cloud Fire Department are responding to the fire, which injured one of the drivers.

The EPA is responding because of a 250-gallon fuel spill.
