Firefighters responded to a fully involved house fire in Bainbridge Township early this morning, reports fox8.com.
The fire was reported just before 6 a.m. at a home in the 17000 block of Chagrin River Road.
According to Bainbridge firefighters, while fighting the fire, there was an explosion on the scene. They believe it was caused by a transformer.
The fire, as of 8 a.m., was under control. No injuries were reported.
A cause for the fire has not yet been determined. The house is a total loss.
